Match the signature to the sender.
Configure a separate signature for each authorized sending identity. Choose whether to include it in replies and forwards, then review the result in the composer.
When you change the sender, an untouched inserted signature can follow the selected identity while your written message stays in place.
Keep control of the message you already wrote.
Changing a saved signature does not rewrite existing drafts or scheduled messages. If you disable the professional signature, your saved text signature remains available.
The receiving email application determines the final rendering. A logo hosted at an external URL may stay hidden until the recipient permits remote images.
