Evolena processes account identity, mailbox settings, message headers, bodies and attachments to provide the email features you use. Drafts, queued or scheduled messages and temporary import or export files can retain message content and attachments as needed for those tasks.
Mailbox credentials are retained encrypted on the server so Evolena can connect to the associated mail services. Session cookies and server-side session records maintain your sign-in. Access activity records describe completed sign-ins and security changes.
Features you choose can create additional records, including contacts, templates, signatures, reminders, team membership and internal notes. Operational records help maintain authenticated access and the service.
How that information is used.
Information is used to authenticate users, display and synchronize requested mailbox content, deliver chosen features, help prevent abuse and maintain service security and reliability.
Evolena and its mail, hosting and delivery providers process the information necessary to perform those tasks. Mailbox access requires the service to read the content requested through the application.
The public product pages use system fonts. Interface fonts in the mail application are served with Evolena.
Choices in your account and device.
Remote images are blocked by default, with a per-message option and an account preference. Permitting them may disclose network or viewing information to the external image host.
Notifications require your choice and browser permission. Offline copies are saved only when you enable the feature and choose messages on that device; someone with access to the same unlocked browser profile can read them. Remove saved copies from the offline controls when they are no longer needed.
