Evolena Mail provides email account access, message management and related communication workflows. Features may depend on the connected mailbox, its permissions and the capabilities of your browser or device.
A public feature description is not a promise of compatibility with every mail provider. Prices, subscriptions, licenses and service commitments require an applicable offer or agreement; none are created by a demonstration request.
Acceptable use.
Use Evolena only for legitimate communications and accounts you are authorized to access. Spam, phishing, malware distribution, fraud and sending to purchased or scraped contact lists are prohibited.
Respect recipients, account permissions and the privacy of other users. The abuse policy explains how to report suspected misuse and the restrictions that may be applied.
Account responsibilities.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials and recovery access secure. Protect shared devices, review active sessions and use the available security controls appropriate to your account.
Grant team access only to authorized people and remove it when no longer needed. Suspicious activity may lead to temporary restrictions to protect the service and recipients.
Availability and support.
We aim for reliable operation and may perform maintenance, security actions or enforcement updates when needed. Browser restrictions, connectivity and third-party mail services can affect individual features.
