Prohibited activity.
Spam, phishing, impersonation, malware delivery, unauthorized bulk campaigns, fraudulent activity and deceptive or illegal email operations are prohibited.
Do not use the service to obtain unauthorized account access, distribute stolen credentials or interfere with another person’s email service.
Permission-based contact lists.
Contact lists must be permission-based. Purchased, rented or scraped lists are not allowed.
Respect recipient preferences and applicable opt-out requirements. An address appearing online or being present in a contact list does not by itself establish permission to send a campaign.
Review and enforcement.
Reports and available abuse indicators may be reviewed to understand the activity and protect recipients and infrastructure. Accounts that violate the policy can be rate-limited, suspended or terminated.
Do not assume that use of Evolena guarantees acceptance by a recipient’s mail service. Recipient systems make their own filtering and delivery decisions.
Report suspected abuse.
Send a report to [email protected] with the original message headers, timestamps and a description of the behavior. Keep the original message if it is needed to understand the report.
Remove unrelated personal information, and do not open a suspicious link or attachment simply to collect more evidence. For a vulnerability in the Evolena application, use the security reporting contact instead.
