Copy from a compatible IMAP mailbox.
Test a secure IMAP connection, choose a source folder and import it into a new destination folder. The source mailbox is left unchanged.
Progress remains available while the job runs. You can cancel and review any errors instead of treating a partial transfer as complete. The current workflow handles one folder per job.
- Secure IMAP connections on port 993
- A new destination folder for each import
- Up to 10,000 messages and 512 MiB per job
Import saved mail files.
Upload a supported MBOXRD or EML file, review its validation summary and confirm before copying messages. Dates and message content are kept where the source format provides them.
MBOX variants differ. This importer supports MBOXRD and EML; it does not restore every provider’s labels or flags. Messages have a 25 MiB limit, and a MBOXRD upload can contain up to 512 MiB.
Download a copy of a folder.
Create a private MBOX export with message content and attachments. The transfer view shows progress, cancellation and when the download expires.
Exports cover one folder per job, up to 512 MiB or 100,000 messages. Completed copies are available for 24 hours, so download and store them where you manage your backups.
Check the source before you begin.
The source provider must allow the connection or export format you choose. Provider-specific authentication requirements can affect availability.
Direct Google and Microsoft OAuth connections are not currently offered. Ask us about your intended source before planning a larger move.
